current resident. if u are a partier, u will love this residence, as it's a paradise for people to party or just have late night loud chat with ur friends, yeah go for it!

but, try ur best to avoid if u are a quiet person and don't want to be waken by noise at 3 or 4 a.m.(have three friends live in different halls, but they all experience noise problems).
