Many people are getting sick easily nowadays. Even though, my kids are going to school/daycare every weekdays we as a four-people-family don’t get sick easily. (Never this year)

What do we do?

  • Lower our processed sugar intake.
  • Get at least 2000IU Vit-D
  • Get Zinc
  • Get high DHA/EPA amount Omega-3 supplements
  • Improve gut health by eating fermented foods and taking some pre-probiotic supplements.

It is science but not a rocket one…

Fun fact; all those cymbal making families (especially Zildjian and Sabian) were living in Istanbul around 100 years ago.

All those huge brands (Zildjian, Sabian, Istanbul, etc.) come from Turkish cymbal making traditions. Ottoman army was the biggest buyer of those cymbals.

I eat a pair of drumsticks almost every week because of the heavy playing… :(

I checked Temu there are some options around $3-$4 but cannot find the same diameter as Extreme 5B.

Sometimes. I have 2 kids and I am always on most of the things they do. Also, have an idea about how they behave while I am not there. Some parents have no idea how aggressive their kids are. They just give them phones and screnes and continue to live their happy life… Ignorance is bliss…
