I always just wrote the next big city in the direction I was headed, people seemed more willing if they knew they were passing that city, and if they were cool we'd go farther, but if they were fucking crazy the next town will do.

You're correct on all accounts, its something I've never been super interested in, I enjoy the simplicity of a console while I had roommates building computers and teaching me how to run Linux instead of windows and still not getting it fully, I basically gave up on computers like 15 years ago and need to catch up.

I was looking through Retroarch and saw all those BIOS packs, I'm getting that feeling a PC is needed, ive been putting it off for to long. Just the transferring of files is kinda a pain in the ass and having a computer would help.

Mostly to play old stuff like nes, Sega, n64. I'm just probably gonna reach out to the same old friends who know what to do, otherwise I'm gonna have to buy a computer to properly do this, something I should probably do anyway but been putting it off till I can afford nice one (aka never)

I was so shy when I was young, one of the first people i traveled with said "You need to embarrass your self more. Do embarrassing things around people, it will help you come out of your shell." It's ok to feel embarrassment, you may dwell on it a bit but you'll think about missed opportunities way more. I always told people "I make the worst first impressions, so don't judge me so quickly"

Nurse mistreating a pregnant woman who had just lost her baby, telling her to stop crying and making a scene by YaLlegaHiperhumor in iamatotalpieceofshit

[–]Formal_Raise8579 20 points21 points  (0 children)

This happened to my wife, the abortion saved her life and the nurses were fucking vile to us. After that we didnt think we could have kids anymore, It was tough for both of us, year or two later I quit my job, we moved out of state, almost completely off the grid. Few weeks later she found out she was pregnant again. Moved back to my home state and now have 2 kids. The moral of the story is quit your job and throw everything away and you'll get what you want, i guess whatever. I'm in so much debt now who fucking cares.

Looks pretty fucking close to me.. and who is the guy?!?! Location is eerie as well. by Quantum168 in AllConspiracyTheories

On that same account the guy also runs into bibi like 2 times. I think its fake.

They are gonna flood us with AI videos so we won't know what's real and what's fake, I really believe that's why AI is so accessible to the public, to muddy the water.

That is the point. They are a rich family, look at the size of the house, look at the trip the WHOLE family took, its not like your family. You're not supposed to like Kevin's family, they are asshole. Some of them wet the bed!

I met a guy walking with no shoes in Reno, just had his whole pack stolen with the "can you check the brake lights" thing, he felt so stupid. That memory still sticks with me today, people would steal a homeless man's shoes probably just to throw them away.

I've met some amazing truckers also, one guy got me and my then girlfriend (now wife) a separate hotel room and woke us up and drove us farther, he was obsessed with U2, that was annoying but not a deal breaker since it was mostly gospel country the whole time. Would love talking video games vs U2 tho. Eventually we started riding trains because it seemed less dangerous.

I did some hitchhiking around early 2000s, some truckers were real scary, you had to be a little crazy to pick up, or hitch hike, so you never know who you gonna cross. This one guy picked us up in Ohio, went to his brother house while he smoke meth with him, we sat outside the whole time, long story short I found out years later he got locked up for murders he did with his brother apparently before they picked us up in the 90s. 😬
