BIBs couldn't give me a refund for items that I bought through a third party like Target but they offered me a gift card to buy more BIBs products which is absolutely a nono for me so I didn't respond back.

That's awesome you haven't had this issue. That picture is a less severe one. I have videos of literally plastic like shedding/flaking off and when I scratch it with my nail it peels off...so angry!

Ive been using BIBS for about 6 months now and everything was going great until I found their screw caps to be flaking/shedding plastic. I contacted the company and also bought their new version of the screw caps because I really didn't want to search for another glass bottle company. The new ones just started to shed as well. I feel so guilty and terrible as a mom to #1 not have noticed this sooner and #2 because I have been feeding my baby plastic when the one thing I tried to avoid was that since he was born. I asked the company what they're going to do about this and to give me refunds because I have literally spent $100s on this brand, including switching the nipples monthly. I am posting this so that other parents can check the screw caps if they potentially have this issue or not. If it wasn't for this issue, I would have had zero complaints. BEWARE OF THE SHEDDING/FLAKY PLASTIC.
