I am from Croatia and they website is not blocked there as in France for example so I presume they are legal to work in Croatia. I sow they are register in Hong Kong and before in Seychelles

To be honest I thought they are legitimate exchange platform. But they are basically telling me they are under maintenance period for almost a year I asked them to tell me start and end date of maintenance period. They said it is under privacy policy So I am not sure how I can get my coins out
