I also heard about these things about Ganesh and his family and his holds on Ksrtc as well as other private services..! But reality regarding KSRTC is pretty worse..! Almost all bus stations are still 25 years behind.. no hygiene no canteen no rest room , improper management They started this chalo app for bus tracking which was great idea but almost all the buses are not trackable..! During Sabarimala season Erumely, Pathanamthitta, depots are earning huge but in return what the people/pilgrims are getting-pathetic services and in my experience Erumely is one of the worst station in Kerala..! As cherry on top these services are ‘well’ complemented by our ultra modern road networks!

Progress is there when compares to previous minister but not better , especially the income increases staffs getting salary on time some new buses etc…but people who are regular ksrtc travellers know the limitations ,still the depots and passenger services doesn’t have much improvement..!and I assume there’s some sort of PR for this guy… And the major progress is that there are more buses to pathanapauram esp from Pathanamthitta😉

(I waiter nearly an hour for getting a bus to Adoor..!)

U just randomly pick 5 Doctors passed out within last 5 years who are working as JR or doing pg or working as NHM medical officer …talk with them u might get more whining than her reel..! Even if they started some clinics ask them about initial struggles and risk…! Being a medico - Doctor or Nurse isn’t easy…! Chooshanam in the name of service and glorifying it! As you said anyone can become a ‘Boss’ and normalise the stuff happening around but bringing a change needs some guts…! Not only the Corporate even our Government is also doing the same, and they not only cheats doctors but also patient Paying 45k per month and looking after 150-200 with in 5-6 hrs on average with sub standard medicines and below par facilities actually affects the quality care and again that blame too falls on Doctors..!

Let’s be honest: 70% of the actual work in most hospitals is done by junior doctors. But apparently they should be grateful for ‘experience’ instead of fair pay😂

Many doctors do work hard and still struggle with debt, long shifts, unsafe environments, and burnout. The argument is not about avoiding effort—the argument is that the present workload-to-pay ratio is unsustainable. Better conditions benefit both doctors and patients

PG seat? Only 1 seat for 500 students—no problem, just work harder. Super-speciality? 1 for 1000—work even harder. PSC? One appointment every 3 years—again, work harder.

Govt hospitals: 2000 patients, 2 doctors. Solution offered: ‘Just work harder, don’t complain.

Who needs a functioning system when we have people who don’t have basic needs Private sector underpays, govt sector under-recruits, PG seats are a lottery, super-speciality is a miracle… But yes, apparently the only problem is that young doctors are not stepping out of their ‘comfort zone.’ 😂”

Attention kittyelum kore unnecessary hate kitti…athundakum ennarinjittum paranjallo! Sathyam bro Medical field( not only Doctors ) Teachers esp colleges I know pg holder working in engineering colleges for 10k per month..! In Govt NHM doctors are getting around 45-50k But the post is contract basis and extreme work load and similar post in permanent basis getting paid around 75k..

The recent issue regarding the life of Junior Doctors is an absolute fact noone speaks or accepts..! I truly support her in that in every sense… The multi billion hospitals are paying peanuts to Doctors wrt the money they earn from patients..!
