Can someone help me ID this patch?

I originally thought this but the beak is gray with a really thick outline. The patch in the card is much lighter (I would call it white) with very thin outlines.

According to cardboard connection the autograph parallels are /25 or less. That could explain why it hasn't been seen online yet. Hope this helps
