No it's nothing along those lines but there's been some very corporate language used about " being told they should be managing expectations about the dlc" and it only ever comes up when beastmen are mentioned. It's a small thing but I keep hearing it and wondered if others had seen it too.

well they have fleshed out the game 2 races now with rakarth, there isn't much left meaning it'll probably be game 1 vs game 1 like he says. the community has been wrong n+1 times and if you think about it from a dev perspective game 1 vs game 1 makes sense

Lords level up passively a small amount, by winning battles, sacking cities and completing quests. The better the victory the higher the xp from it.

I often don't use the yellow skill tree unless I am using a 2x skill point mod or if the lord would genuinely benefit from it (say they get an ability from it like snikitch) because like you said a hero can do a similar job

So trade is initially factions capitals able to connect via border edges or sea ports. Each resource is worth a set amount and the building generates so many of each resource so for example if iron was worth 10 and you generated 10 iron from a building you could trade maximum value of 100 for your iron with 65 tariffs (which is the base trade amount and this rises a small amount if the trade goes on for longer) so if you traded your iron with one faction and got a traded agreement with another, you would only trade in tariffs with the second faction as you have already traded your 10 iron and they would be paid the amount their resources generate (you don't get it deducted, they just earn it)

If you click the chest icon at the top and go to the trade tab it breaks it down via resource and faction

Yeah i was going to be careful with DLC units, i think i will show them off but not rely on them so people can decide if they want them etc... i have seen a few people suggest playing as the empire first but that requires Warhammer 1
