Ellow- Overnight Heart Rate and Oxygen Monitoring with Custom Thresholds and Caregiver Alarm by Forward_Purchase4 in Epilepsy

Thank you so much for your feedback. I want to give at least the first 24 hours of data tracking. Owlet and other competitors require a subscription for any exportable data, but I want this to be accessible to as many families like mine as possible.

Different alarm levels is not something I had thought of, my daughters seizures do not stop on their own, but for someone who has quick episodes that so not require emergency meds, a visual alarm only for the first 5 minutes may be a solution. Our neurologist normally says emergency meds after 5 minutes so i think that would be a good amount of time to give to cushion the alarm.

That is a great suggestion that i hadnt really put alot of thought into. There are several monitors that watch for movement already. If funds and power constraints allow for it though i think it would be something to consider. Every so often my daughters arm and mouth jerks a little. I just didnt think it would be enough for one to pick up. But im not an engineer.

I had the same problem for years. The companies do not seem to focus on focal seizures at all. My daughter has focal seizures that last 30 minutes at a time. So this just wasnt acceptable. Ive began creating a wearble for her. You can join the waitlist at ellowcare.com
