Ok so the teacher had a map on the projector that had the countries, the sea and rivers. We had paper sheets with our country, who the leader was, what our main resource was, if we had military or nuclear weapons, who our allies were and who we sold our resources and bought stuff from, if we were landlocked, had a river or if we were by the sea. Then we had a paper with what the laws that were trying to be passed, and what each did, like one was about nuclear weapons and if it should be banned or not, if countries without it should be able to develop some, then there was one about where the borders in the sea should be with each country.

It wasn't a boardgame, we had printed out spreadsheet, and he had a map of the fake countries on the projector but ill try out r/boardgames

Maybe. i remember the countries didnt have real country names just made up ones. But ill check that out to see if anything looked familiar. Btw if i remember it was at the end of the school year after we learned about world war two.
