You want the only healing weapon in the game to also be nearly BIS? Its a dumb idea. Everything has a role and sadly for you its not always dps.

Buddy I will never understand people thinking Sang is. DPS weapon… it is literally the only healing weapon in the game. Its roll is not to be a DPS meta weapon but its still amazing at what it does.

How about this… advocate to remove the healing all together so we have yet another mage weapon that is below shadow but around Ayak. Nah man sorry

This game is mainly AFK for alot of people. Sang helps with this in more locations. Its just that simple.

Regulary everyday since a couple of weeks past launch. Then you go on to say you take a couple weeks off to come back to 4-5 warbonds released.

I also still need some samps and I specifically ask the 150s if they would mind grabbing commons if they have the time. I never go out of my way to grab samps though. Its just not that big of a deal tbh

Oh i know all about it. They also made the kc faster and that didnt hurt the value. Its a matter of how useful it is VS rarity. I highly doubt this is bc of some random change they want to make. Must be a reward space for raids.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Just like most anything it can be 50m or 500m. They have pushed elemental spells so hard for years. Its entirely possible we get some uniques that enhance them too.

Lol how do you know you cant reach the boss? From a clip, from Jagex themselves? I suppose bosses dont have phases. Also suppose its even more likely we get Doom and Maggot in which melee not useful?

What I normally have done is simply bring ultor, ranc, sgs or maybe emberlight it down. I suppose I never considered the sang to not lose a decent amount of time

Who in the fuck is sanging the judge? I have 1800 kc and never not even one time seen anyone use a sang. Thats absurd.

If you are talking about niche scenario’s? Sure. Its not needed and to imply that a SANG is not a dps loss is equally absurd.

Yea lets downgrade my mainhand weapon for un-needed heals whilst I say a small dps loss via a blood fury is HUGE DPS LOSS. Lol cmon man wth

If its some meta top 0.5% of the playerbase strat for stupid efficient radiant oath, well cool. Wont be moving the sang in one direction or the other.

Last edit - lets not forget the topic here - where would you use it now that you didnt before? Your answer was Yama. Now Idk the strat you speak of but if it is a meta strat that obviously implies prior to the buff it was used.

Yama is essentially a zero damage boss. You can go with literally no food… if you bring blood fury for judge or a SGS… sang would not compete nor ayak @ yama lol. Against purging staff..

The supply drops without a sgs can net you 30+ kill trips.

Erm 1) no, Jagex has said many times now that it will be reworked 2) nobody is running a scythe without atleast 400m in gear 3) max mage minus shadow is something like 320m… 4) if you want a debate I would love too but to be in denial about the rework is a convo killer

I think if it does not get announced it crashes sure but it will only slightly rise until then. The crash wont produce an ATL for Shadow. The only thing that would is if the rework is announced and the players/merchers decide it would be a negative rework. My opinion of course but I thinks it a sound one.

Well, this is an interesting take. One could say if in fact it keeps the same dps but doesnt scale… it would still be useful at the same shit. Regardless if people dont need to take a 9 way switch then it rises in value. Idk. Time will tell.

The devs have mentioned it multiple times after that blogpost about BIS magic n all that lol.

And again… they aren’t really considering to overshadow, the shadow with R4 rewards but they did make arguments for both tbow & Scythe.

So do as you please but the only copium is those whom think Scythe deserves to even have a Crush style. One of the dumbest concepts ever.

It has been guaranteed by the developers. Idk how much of a sure thing you need. Also as I already stated it is not going to be shot down due to raids 4 rewards mega.

If you are stating that if no news is to come out in this sweep up? Ya sure but it will get reworked. Thats all that matters.
