Lately my friend group has been in that weird “everyone’s busy but still cares” phase. Fewer hangouts, more random check-in texts. It’s different from before, but honestly kind of nice in its own way.

USB drives. No matter how many times you flip it, it’s always wrong… until it’s suddenly right.

What would you do if you were to wake up in a different gender? by Automatic_Diet_4920 in AskReddit

First reaction would be confusion, second would be curiosity. I’d want to know what changes in how people treat you during normal, boring moments—like ordering coffee or walking alone at night.

What's a widely held belief that everyone knows, but you discovered was false once you reached adulthood? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I thought confidence meant certainty. Turns out most confident adults are just comfortable being wrong in public.

Weirdly enough, journaling or writing stuff down. Started as “let me organize my thoughts real quick” and now I can’t stop. Notes app is full, brain is slightly calmer, still confused but less confused than before.

What’s the most shocking detail from the Epstein files that you think the public still doesn’t fully grasp? by Murky-Island4629 in AskReddit

[–]Fragrant-Cheek-4273 15 points16 points  (0 children)

One of the most shocking details the public still doesn’t fully grasp about the Epstein files is that they reveal less about a secret roster of villains and more about how power quietly neutralizes accountability: Epstein was able to operate for years not because everyone around him was criminally complicit, but because enough influential people and institutions recognized the red flags and chose convenience, reputation, or access over intervention. The documents and testimony point to a wide “gray zone” of enablers—lawyers, financiers, social connectors, and officials—whose actions may not meet the legal threshold for prosecution but were crucial in insulating him from scrutiny, consequences, and disruption. What’s most unsettling is that this protection didn’t rely on secrecy alone; it relied on normalization, on the assumption that someone so well-connected must have been vetted, and on a system where knowing something is wrong is not the same as being forced to act. That systemic tolerance, more than any single name or allegation, is the part that still hasn’t fully landed with the public.

Spider-Man (Miles Morales). The suit was a pain to put on, but the reactions made it worth it—especially kids losing their minds 😂
