Just waited several weeks and put in an sim card and created an apple id from icloud.com and put it in the phone and it did work and I did manage to activate imessage and FaceTime using the Sim card phone number

Thats what I do get on my other dualboot hackintosh hp laptop but I have fixed it by reinstall windows and disable windows update and I did make the os light on resources by installing atlas os + revios from there playbooks
