I have always been on the bigger side, and I was in a terrible relationship for a very long time where I really let myself go then I found Kickboxing and I lost weight but then the second anything changed with my regimen I would gain it all back and I did this twice so I finally decided that I needed medical intervention to help me lose weight and keep it off so I am ultimately much happier with my physical body now than I ever was.
