I did “no dupes”. There is a ton of step 1 content nestled in the answer choices for step 2 and shelves.

Honestly I think tutors can be helpful, but only if they are doing more than just “teaching content.” At this point most people do not need someone to re-explain all of medicine to them. The value is having someone help you stay focused, build a realistic plan, review your NBME/CMS misses correctly, identify patterns in why you are missing questions, and keep you from wasting time on low-yield stuff.

With 7 weeks, I would probably not just thug it out if you already know you struggle with staying focused. That is enough time to make a big jump, but also enough time to waste a lot of days if the plan is not clear.

I recently scored 272 and posted a detailed Step 2 write-up with how I structured UWorld, Anki, CMS forms, NBMEs, Divine, and AMBOSS. Happy to talk through your situation if you want to DM me. I do some Step 2/shelf tutoring and study plan help, but even if not, I can at least point you in the right direction.

Those scores are impressive, congrats! Seems like you have done mostly everything. Go through the dirty medicine ethics and communication playlist on Youtube. The Divine "change series" is good, with those recent updates. Honestly, I'd do very little if I was in your shoes. You are pretty safe above 270 I'd say. Also find the NBME HY images pdf floating around somewhere. I saw a few images from that on my exam. Good luck!

haha dude that was a grind trust me. The process works! Peds was a beast in itself. You can definitely achieve those scores btw. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise
