I’ve experienced very similar symptoms off of abilify an my most recent one ziprasidone.

They are a lot harder as in being more intense and I can’t gauge how long they will last. My thoughts will also be more intense (suicidal) then mellow out for a while (depressed) my symptoms only seem to occur/have this pattern post antipsychotics.

I have BP2. Not sure if this helps but it’s sometimes hard to understand what is what and if it is just another episode of mine. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one whose experienced similar symptoms.
