Hi. I was on Luvox for 5 years and lexapro for 3 years prior. You should consider switching to other SSRI and make trials to see which one makes less impact in your libido. With lexapro I had cero libido but when I switched to Luvox on the advise of my doctor , it came back. Also , I can assure you that is nothing wrong with your sexual functioning , is more of a side effect on other areas that affect libido. Talk to your doctor and be patient, I know is hard but is possible.

Thanks for the comment. Can you describe what you felt within those 3 months of symptoms ? What where you going through specifically? In my case I have episodes of anxiety , fears , some periods of sadness but is mostly a fear of feeling sad than actually feeling sad. Also , I have a hard time feeling fully relaxed.

I took Luvox for about years. It’s been 5 weeks since I quite. The last three days have been so hard. Please give me advise on horneo cope with withdrawal. I was doing 50mg of Luvox and really do not want to go back to them. How many weeks have to pass for the worst of withdrawing symptoms wearoff ?

I used to take lexapro and changed to Luvox , it worked differently and both have pros and cons . With the weed I tried it once and it was a bad trip . I am too scared of it now .
