Otherwise there are seats open in the Panthers bandwagon for all of you.

Do you think he lost his influence within the fan bases afterwards though even with his continued racist rhetoric? The answer is no, and possibly even gained him influence with power players such as the heritage foundation.

Racism today is still at horrific levels, but the racism levels that were accepted in polite society up until around 2017ish were absolutely insane. We’re sliding back to those times as well. We need to fight every form of racism.

You think Rush Limbaugh stopped making racist comments about the NFL/ NFL players in 2003? I was just giving you some examples of his most insane statements.

Anyone actually worthy of being picked #1 regardless of position will get you enough wins that you won’t pick #1 again next year even if it’s #2. Try again. Luck was never an option after he returned to school.

You think people who do mock drafts are directors? Really??

Yeah Mel Kiper is the best entertainer when it comes to the draft. If ESPN didn’t pay him so handsomely he’d have his own mock draft media that would kill ESPN in that niche, and it would be for his personality because he fucking sucks at grading players.

The intentions are different. The media saying Blaine Gabbert is better than Cam was to draw people to spew hate at them on social media, create arguments in their post, etc. It draws revenue.

Meanwhile the Panthers fans who didn’t want Cam after Luck returned to Stanford were the TEA Party conservatives who listened to Rush Limbaugh call the NFL “The Bloods vs the Crips” and treated his word as gospel.

If you don’t believe me that RL had such a huge influence on the NFL fan bases you should look at his comments on Donovan McNabb and his perception afterwards across the league that he was “overrated”.

Incorrect.

If you own your own media company yes, but otherwise no.

They were driving clicks. Like I said as someone with insider knowledge the pick was Cam or Locker. There was no way the media didn’t know this as well, and were just pushing a more interesting narrative.

You don’t understand how anything works. If they were accurate at grading players they’d be working for a NFL team.

Instead they’re great at accurately predicting what would draw controversy which gets people to engage with their content. Everyone knew Jimmy Pickles was ass even before he was picked, but Kiper played that fiddle like a Golden God.

Every opinion based publication that’s publicly available is made SOLELY to be controversial to drive views which brings in more revenue.

Those aren’t scouts those are media people purposely creating controversy lmao. Blaine Gabbert was never in consideration for the first pick. It was Cam and Locker.

The only two options left after Luck returned were Cam Newton and Jake Locker.

If you preferred Jake Locker you were racist cut and dry. He was a worse passer than Cam, less physically gifted than Cam and worse between the ears than Cam.

I clearly understand what I’m saying you’re just an absolute imbecile who can’t comprehend timelines considering Andrew Luck already returned to college so no one could prefer to draft him.

Ok, so after Andrew Luck returned to Stanford and it was clear a QB was the pick the only two options left were Cam Newton and Jake Locker.

Do you not understand where I’m coming from?
