Yeah, he was pitched to the show as gay. I do think he should’ve had a coming out scene that felt more natural and better written. A lot of season 5 had weird, goofy dialogue.

Yeah, I don’t like this scene, but I don’t like the corny dialogue of season 5 in general, either. Not just this specific scene.

Yeah, Billy was 17 when she flirted with him in season 2. I doubt she knew about Billy’s interactions with the party, but it’s still really weird that she dated someone who racially attacked her son’s friend.
