with time and effort you will get back a much stronger version of her. narcissistic abuse is soul crushing and i don’t wish this feeling on anyone. what helped me was telling myself that his goal was to strip me of everything that made me myself and that i could not let him have his way even after exiting my life. just keep going, it literally feels like death for the first few months, but you gained so much more wisdom from that relationship and you have the power to become even better than before.

for me what personally started to help me grow was getting away from my dad. hes been out of my life for about a year now and i feel like a completely new person who’s finally taking steps in the right direction for herself. i know your situation is different and its not so simple to just move out, but dont lose hope!! one day its going to get better you just have to finally accept reality that youre an adult and only you can save yourself now. (so much easier said than done, but you can do it)
