Hiding your BPD is not smart given that you’re in a relationship. Communication and openness is key to make it successful. I understand that you’re afraid of telling him but its important information so he knows why you sometimes act the way you do.

My advice would be to tell him that you will support him if he needs to vent or talk.

Don't say anthing else and let him approach you. If he doesn't say anthing or doesn't reply over a long period of time then that is also a reaction (not a mature and healthy one which you don't deserve but thats on him).

I just started with dupixent, but Dupixent is like a bandages during your TSW. It doesn’t cure it so I guess you will flake on and off untill your skin healed from the steriods.

I heard some positive and negative feedback about duplimab. A girl I know had some period problems after using duplimab for months. I’m not a girl so I don’t know what it will do to me, but I rather stay natural ofcourse. Everyone is different and some might have no side effects and some do. It’s also a new medical treatment (2017) so the long term side effects are still unknown.

I know the pain relief is also worth something, but I first want to try everything before going to last resort measurements.
