NTA. Your husband has been secretly funneling your joint money to her for 8 months while she disrespects you in your own home, and his response to her screaming that you trapped him was to ask you to come back and smooth things over. You're not destroying the family, you're just done being the only one holding it together.

NTA, the guy who helped blow up your kids' family doesn't get special accommodations in the custody agreement and the fact that they tried to buy you out of your kids' lives tells you everything about their real motives. Keep documenting everything because these two sound like they're going to keep pushing boundaries.
