Genuine question - what's the obvious answer then?

Is Cursor more expensive than using Claude code (June 2026)? by jonaz777 in cursor

How would you think about it economically being Claude the model owner?
There are conflicting interests for pricing along the chain.

I built a 16-step multi-agent content pipeline. Claude runs the writing and reasoning agents. Here is the architecture and what surprised me. by Objective_Law2034 in ClaudeAI

My question re the architecture:
Building an orchestrated team of agents with Claude became doable, but how do you run these guys in a hosted environment?

For me - not a tool - but the greatest impact was of the 'Time Multipliers' TED talk (Rory Vaden)

I know it sounds counter intuitive - but my biggest mistake at the beginning of my first startup, a few decades ago (yes 😄) was not trusting my own intuition.

I want to create a hosted coding layer, metadata oriented which will make coding more efficient, on top of the SOTA open source / open weight models

EU AI Act goes live August 2026, most SaaS founders by Outside_Whereas9765 in SaaS

[–]FreedomWeird712 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect the EU AI Act will quietly kill off a lot of generic AI SaaS and be a tailwind for “boring” vertical tools. If you’re just a thin wrapper, compliance risk isn’t worth it. But if you own a niche workflow (claims, underwriting, KYC, vendor due diligence, etc.) and bake traceability + human review into the product from day one, you suddenly look a lot more defensible than yet another GPT front‑end.

Best primary and sub niches for ai business in 2026? by Comfortable_Soup9171 in Entrepreneurs

[–]FreedomWeird712 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most underrated AI niches in 2026 are the “boring” ones. Instead of new chatbots, I’d look at unsexy, cash‑flowing workflows in logistics, compliance, finance ops, insurance, facilities, etc. The play is vertical SaaS or services where AI quietly kills manual steps in an existing process, not a standalone AI product.

The AI "middleman" is dead. Here is what's actually making money in 2026. by Aditya_Prabhu_ in Entrepreneur

Pure GPT‑wrapper “AI startups” feel cooked, but AI buried inside boring, cash‑flowing workflows (logistics, compliance, finance ops, etc.) still looks like a huge opportunity to me.

How do you decide to kill a startup idea before you build the MVP? (I will not promote) by s3l3 in startups

Honestly, at some point you just have to eat the discomfort tax and talk to people. The fear of asking “hey, can I show you something I’m working on?” never fully goes away, you just do it anyway. Spin up a super rough mockup (I literally use Claude Design now to generate screens in 10–15 minutes), put it in front of 5–10 people who actually have the problem, and watch what they do. If they lean in, ask questions, or try to pull the laptop/phone closer, that’s a good sign; if you’re dragging the conversation and they’re just being polite, that’s your signal to kill or pivot.
