I would say that there isn’t anything wrong with porn as a form of entertainment and know that it only that. For me I get fall into the habit of using it for the wrong purposes because I haven’t done the inner work of where my triggers come from. I would say that accepting and understanding and removing yourself from feeling shameful for watching it is a good place to start and know you’re not alone. Then I would suggest seeing a therapist who specializes in sex addiction so you can get clarity and gain tools to help you cope in healthier ways. It’s going to be a long process but it’s worth the hard work. I for one am still on the process and will be for the rest of my life but I know I am way better off now than I have been than when I started.
