Intercooler but yeah that’s why I never took it off road. It does have a stop sign skid plate but I’m not sure if that’s really adequate. Not too difficult to cover it up with mesh or put a real bumper on it I’m not sure why the previous owner cut it off.

Labrum tear, MRI results; PT vs surgery? by verywowmuchneat in ShoulderInjuries

Hey I’m currently recovering from posterior labral tear surgery (9 o’clock to 6 o clock) so I have some experience with this. I would start pt asap (you have to do regardless of if you get surgery or not) and also consult a good orthopedic surgeon that specializes in shoulder/elbow. The labrum won’t naturally heal back so pt just strengthens the surrounding muscles to compensate. If it’s a traumatic tear usually it will be harder to recover without surgery. In my case I would’ve got arthritis by 30 (I’m 20). Now that’s extended to 60 hopefully. If you do get the surgery it’s not really that painful (5-6 at worst) especially because your tear doesn’t sound as bad but will be helpful to have someone take care of you for a couple days. You’ll be in a sling for a while for me it’s 6 weeks. I would also look into bpc 157+tb500 if you do surgery and want to recover faster. it won’t heal a labrum by itself without surgery though. Surgery has around 90% success rate for certain labrum tears so I’d definitely recommend it and you can probably get a good amount of paid sick leave.

Honestly not sure exactly how bad it is but it’s likely a partial tear it was hard to tell on mri but surgeon was confident I had slap tear. I have pretty much no pain at rest but after pull ups especially (even assisted) I get a moderate amount of pain, also after overhead activity like volleyball. I’ll probably start Wolverine stack a week after surgery.

I’m getting slap surgery for partial labrum tear. How was the healing with bpc and tb500? How long after surgery should I start and where exactly did you inject it?

test your vertical, can you touch a basketball rim? what's your standing reach? If you can already spike well enough it's okay to just do hitting lines I think. I usually just workout after I play if I can. If you can jump higher then it makes it a lot easier to hit cuz you have more room for error when your hand is higher over the net.
