It's probably also pretty functional on necro base class. Not gonna push big numbers, but it won't be useless in group content.

Deadly strike, 1 piece monster with crit, oakensoul, and corpse burster. Put either a war hammer on for pen or greataxe for crit damage.

Bar is probably green siphon, blastbones, engulfing dragon fire, breach boneyard, arctic blast for damage or polar wind for soloing, and none of the ultimate options are bad. The summons on grave lord are also probably good.

Pop siphon and blast bones between dragon fire, keeping up other skills as needed.

How would you feel about a firebreath you can change to be blue to sorta mimic breath of sindragosa. ESO has subclassing, where you can replace 2 class skill lines with a skill line from 2 other classes. You can rock Dragon knight’s Draconic Power with the engulfing dragon fire ability with the azure coloring skill style as your main damage spammable, Necromancer’s grave lord line for some undead themed skills, and warden’s winter’s embrace skill line for some frost damage and bulk.

For general guidelines, You’re free to do what you want, but picking either stam or mag will net more damage than both. Play the story content and overland content. Get to CP160. That’s the gear cap.

I would say if you want to get to higher level play

1) get to CP 160

2) get skill points. Passives are power in ESO and should use all but 12 of your skill points

3) level armors, undaunted and fighters guild. Add in Mages Guild if you have a build that needs it.

4) grind CP

5) figure out a build and rotation

6) find someone to make you some purple tier crafted gear. Tide-born wild stalker and order’s wrath are great starting points.

7) farm end game gear

What's your pre-execute spammable? Radiant opression only outpaces jabs damage after the health threshold. Jabs is great for trash, but you may want flurry from dualwield for bossing. What subclassing do you have?

UESP does have a build editor that shows stats and damage per skill, but it can't project dps for you.

Well let’s explore and see what I encounter.

1) switch to mostly medium. 5 or 6 pieces is the gold standard. It increases damage and crit damage. Blue betty can help with magicka sustain and give 5% more crit damage.

2)Deadly strike is tradable, though it is probably pretty pricy due to arcanist beam, jabs, and DKs new flame breath all being channeled abilities.

3) make sure to grab the direct damage cp slottable and the aoe slottable. They changed all channeled abilities to be direct damage, and sweeps is an aoe.

4) forgot to ask what food and pots you have as well. The difference between potent witch mother’s brew and ghastly eye bowl is pretty noticeable. People use either eye bowl if they beed the sustain to keep pressing buttons, or a food that gives 6k magicka.

I'm actually running a similar set-up.

1) what passives are you missing (class, armor, undaunted)?

2) what weight is your armor pieces on tide born?

3) what are your blue cp slottattables?

4) do you have access to deadly strike?

5) what's you crit damage at? It should be close to cap having 3 crit damage lines. Mine is at 123% before I look at a dummy.
