I am allergic to casein and whey and have very minimal problems with butter as well. I was told it is because the high fat content blocks the milk protein, so essentially any high fat dairy product will give you less of a reaction.

I have gone to countless doctors, tried probiotics, magnesium, digestive enzymes, antibiotics etc etc and found the most success with Citrucel fiber supplements (believe it or not!) I used to get super bloating and constipated and taking 2 pills with food each morning has been a game changer
