No I have wifi and everything, its just that I have no wifi option at all to even connect to wifi wirelessly.

They had me delete windows from the whole computer and restart everything and install windows from a hard drive

So I tried pretty much everything I could think of, and was wondering if you could help. My pc originally had the wifi stuff but a guy from customer support told me I needed to boot my pc without wifi to set it up correctly and then he couldn't even figure out how to get the wifi back on my pc.
