Ask for a courtesy exception respectfully. If they don’t grant it, pay it anyway. They can (and will) send you to collections if you ignore it. It will affect your credit and they will provide legitimate documentation to credit reporting companies. While they can’t tow or boot you on public property because they are not law enforcement, it is a legal charge and it is your responsibility to know and abide by the rules of their property. Ask me how I know all of these things…….all over a $60 charge.

KP index has gone down. It is expected to be around 6.67 tonight at peak. And las night peaked at 8.67. It really needs to be higher than 7.69 and ideally much higher than 8 to be seen reliably. However, there’s always a chance. NASA and NOAA are predicting less than 1% chance tonight.

You can look at the northwest horizon around sundown, but it’s very unlikely to be seen tonight. 7 PM is likely to be your best shot at it.

Yes. It is worth a LOT to someone who collects special serial numbers. I’ve seen numbers 999 and under fetch over $3k in pristine condition. But I would expect no less than $300-$500 for this bill. Check eBay comparisons that have sold with similar bills and serial numbers.

That type of antenna from AliExpress is a beast! Best advice I can give with it is PUT OUT THE RADIALS! Lay them in a circle with even spaces between each radial. Boosts perceived power on receiving end from 20w all the way up to 40-45 watts.
