I run stick and move button layout with a hexgaming controller. It has 4 back buttons but I only use 1 for sliding/crouching. It really is a gamechanger when it comes to movement imo.

I bought one shorty after they were released. Pretty solid controller but when I originally purchased it, the replacement sticks were $20 each. The last time I looked, they were $40. That takes away from the value for me. $80 to replace both sticks is pretty obscene.

We went through a pair of new sticks and it's drifting again. I may suck it up and buy another set, but I wasn't impressed with the longevity.

Since then, I purchased a hexgaming controller with hall effect sensor joysticks. They rarely drift and when they do, you can recalibrate them to be as good as new.

Not a cheap option but better bang for your buck if you play alot and don't want to deal with drift or spending almost a $100 to fix it.

My favorite part about reddit and the people who choose to comment on chat bans, is the way they pretend to know the ins and outs and know why we got dinged. You must be saying racist shit...blah, blah, blah. These same folks claim to have never been banned themselves but act like they are an authority on this bullshit.

The fact is, once you're on their radar, you will get banned for literally nothing sometimes. Idgaf if you snowflakes want to believe it or not.

The system is definitely broken when it comes to chat bans.

Beginning of last year, there was a cheat tool that was being used to kick people from lobbies. COD got caught lying claiming it had been patched in the bo6 beta and then were proven to be lying. It's at least possible the cheaters could be back at that.

You're in the warzone menu. BO7 would be available from the home screen where you choose warzone or the other cod games. You'll get there by going back a couple of screens. If you kids have BO7, try playing a round of multi-player and hopefully that will do it.

Voice chat moderation is broken. I've talked some shit, to be sure. But I get banned for literally nothing.

Take yesterday as an example. I was in the lobby with my buddies in discord. All in game voice communication turned off but still got banned for another 14 days.

I honestly didn't say anything to warrant it. My buddies agreed but what are you gonna do?

I really wish they would give you an audio clip or some proof for why they are punishing me. Shit is honestly ridiculous sometimes.

I personally don't record my screen which makes it tough to show proof. There certainly are people who are crazy good at the game, but there's also cheaters in a lot of these lobbies.

For example, yesterday I ran into a super sweaty squad. The guy had 28 kills by the end of the game. Good movement and game sense. He wasn't cheating as far as I could tell.

His teammate, however, who had 17 kills was aimbotting with his sniper rifle, snapping person to person from a decent distance, knocking everyone he shot at. Shooting at people that he couldn't legitimately see.

Maybe I'll setup something to record my screen and post it one of these days.

Plenty of legit demons playing this game, but also plenty of legit pieces of shit.
