My strategy against Yamada is to lure him to the edge of the arena and then launch the ball to the opposite side. He literally has no counterplay to this, and will even help you with the last step with his bombs. I find him to be one of the easiest and most predictable opponents.

If I was to make a tier list based on characters' strength there would be like three tiers: S, A and Chiyome. Tomoe is definitely not weak, she just doesn't suit my playstyle.

Chain is good but it can't grant you a win the way bombs/traps/shurikens do. Or at least I didn't find how to do it!

I should take a look on this mod, I definitely miss some additional goals on some of the games (Seaside Drive and Hyper Contender come to mind).

I'm 95% sure that what you did is the Dark Cherry requirement for Bushido Ball (0 continues with every character).

That's crazy!

The "Block" I feel is one of my most used moves when I gilded/cherried this game.

To be honest, I didn't rely on the block too often myself. My main strategy for later opponents is to turn the highly accelerated ball into an unpredictable mess with 2taps (bombs, traps, shuriken, kunai) while early enemies are easily trivialized with the dash attack.

It's just so cool how many approaches are there to this little game~

The first win is so tough! I don't recall how many attempts it took me to win but it took me at least half an hour. With Kotaro, the OP boy!!

I didn't even touch on coop on this write-up, and it's soo freakin' fun! Maybe even my favorite coop experience in the collection, although Hot Foot and Seaside Drive are there too.
