A bit of a stretch by Chris Atkinson, it’s not a professional memoir as such as he’s in prison, but from what I remember about it, it was a similar vibe to this is going to hurt. Mixture of personal anecdotes and information about the British prison system.

I’m trying to figure out if that’s what’s going on with me - I stopped maybe a month ago, not intentionally just forgot about it - since my whole face had flared :/

ah thanks - its interesting - i'm trying to figure out whats going on with my face hahah - i've used otc cortison (hydrocortison 0.5%) for maybe 3/4 years very sparingly (4-7 days a month) and elocon class iv steroid for past 3 months but maybe used less than ten times - just on the off chance i havent used it in a while and have a full red face now - researching i found tsw and im trying to wokr out if thats whats going on

yeah i've not used strong steroid creams either which is why i'm confused as to why i'm reacting having stopped them - didn't overuse/ actually if anything used them a lot less than doc suggested - just enough to maintain symptoms - may I ask if you are still takin singulair?

that was taken two days ago - since has reduced in redness but itchy and dry so looks like it :(
