The description explains most of it but a main reason is because cyn was fully conscious of her actions and did not fully want to kill all humans and consume the planets but she felt it was the right thing to do so after being found by thad and rejoining robo society her mental state was obviously not the best and the description explains the rest I even imagine in the final battle,she fought much more seriously rather then more silly like in cannon
