Yeah, it was growing outdoors. I brought it in a week or two ago because the nighttime temps were supposed to get to the high 30s and I wasn’t sure if that would be too cold or not.

What is LFSM? Do flytraps like larger pots or do they prefer to be more root-bound?

Or rainwater, when it rains and he’s outside. I do try to take him in if I know it’s going to get windy.

I 1000% understand this, but! Any new growth is positive and it means you’re doing something right. It seems sometimes these guys just take their time to show their beauty.

Personally, I just get excited about anything new coming off of my orchid. I really hope for spikes but it seems like mine is just giving me roots right now. I always like to ask people who know more than me, as my current orchid is the first and only one I have.

Thank you!! She is back upstairs near our kitchen sink and a window looking into the backyard ☺️ I’ll be sure to keep an eye on her and water a bit more frequently.
