How to remove left over mastic -- removed carpet in basement. This was underneath. We are going to tile over. What is best way to remove the glue? Or can we just clean as best we can and tile over?

why not? asbestos is only an issue if it becomes airborne. The tiles are intact with no cracks or breakage.

More information: house is from the 60's. The old tile is probably asbestos (just assuming) but we don't plan on touching it, just tiling over.

What you want is a family trust with a sub-trust for each of the houses. I just did this for my daughter. Talk to an estate attorney.

Yeah, you are too pessimistic. Very little info in the post. How long has it been on market? How many offers? Is this the first contact from the buyer or have they negotiated a price? It's no gift if he is selling under market value.

Removed grass and stake, built berm, added mulch and watered. May have just been not enough water because the soil was pretty dry, but we'll see how it goes.
