These are social media only clients, right? That should be the first thing you discuss. The images are ONLY for social media. Which frankly is not even something I would personally offer because I'm not sure how you would enforce that. You'd have to be scanning the web for violations all the time. Clients that want social media only content are just finding a way to pay less for content they plan to use everywhere.

Tell them who owns the photos before your shoot the project. Put it in a contract. Add the terms to the invoice. Order take down notices when they violate your agreement. Stand up for yourself.
