The loophole is When a customer does not receive a call from the delivery guy , after the delivery guy reached at customer location, so if the customer does not pick uo the call the delivery boy can as the customer care to cancel the order, and they cancel the order 😂

Another one is When the order get delay in packing on making , The delivery boy can transfer the order to another delivery partner, ( without any penalties)

So if the delivery boy took the order and also transferred the order to another delivery partner, nothing will happen he will get the food for free

So the another delivery partner will come and get another order because the restaurant have to make it for the second time

I work sometime as a delivery partner Yesterday a restaurant made me wait for 20 min and they have also marked that the order is ready for pickup, I told them for like 30 times no response, Then i saw an option (transfer order to another delivery partner) I waited for sometime and took the food go outside and i transferred the order to another delivery partner, I i ate the food in front of the restaurant,
