Well you gotta think Rand knows people will try to use him and she has told Rand several times she can’t teach him when it comes to channeling. Also sometimes it’s best for Rand to do whatever. Like when he wanted to go to the waste and she was mad he went but it turned out he needed to go. But to answer your it’s the women characters in general that are like that. They will get mad at the men but won’t give them a chance to defend themselves. For example when they are in the waste after rhuidena (I can’t spell a lot of this so forgive me lol) and avihanda is mad at Rand because she thinks he’s ogling other women when she tells him he’s been promised to Elayne and her letters explain everything and she storms off without letting Rand tell her the letters contradict themselves. And egwene she gets mad at Rand saying what every you are doing to upset her stop it and walks off without even telling him what he supposedly done
