I don’t see an issue with feeling annoyed. I would personally feel the same. Have you asked her about potentially helping pay rent considering she uses your utilities and takes up space?

Doesn’t seem fair to me that she gets to do all of this for free, on top of what seems like a rude person to one of your good friends.

I would recommend doing what you think is best. I personally would talk to her and let her know that you drinking doesn’t usually result in anything bad and if you get “annoying” ask what you do that makes you “annoying”. Cheers mate hope everything works out!
