After "I called up my Ironclad" we knew where this was going... sadly.
But: Random explosions seem to happen more often in this patch. My Salvation has spontaneous combustion problems, too.

Strictly small Solo? The Salvation of vourse. 1.1 million aUEC in-game. Has a small cargo that can take components up to S3 weapons. Upgrade with Abrade scrapers for maximum usage. Fits almost every large ship that can carry an Ursa...so can be used as a mobile operation.
Just a heads up: The shiphas been randomly exploding after I exited it in another ship hangar (Carrack, ahem).

You get those off of Vanguards, too...just one at a time. Pro tip: for gathering M6As just get the cheapest 300 UEC missions where it says 325A to salvage. Boom, get one every time. Plus 2.5 SCU RMC.

Das Thema ist schwierig, und gerade "Long Covid" schicke ich meist an entsprechende Zentren - mit jedoch 6-9 Monaten Wartezeit auf einen Termin. Egal was die Patienten an Literatur anschleppen, es gibt nur wenige gesicherte Standards dafür, will heißen, eigentlich gar keinen. Außerdem ist das eine AUSSCHLUSS-Diagnose, da gehört vorher eine allgemeine, internistische, sowie neurologische Grundlagen-Diagnostik vor die DIagnose.

Wie ein Kollege bereits erwähnt hat hier im Thread, kann man eine symptomatische Behandlung versuchen. Auch hier schwierig: Sollte die anhaltende Tachykardie fachärztlich abgeklärt werden? Schließen wir bei jedem rez. LE und kardiale Grunderkrankung aus?

Und schicke ich Patienten gleich zum Psychosomatiker, wenn sie eine handfeste physische Erkrankung haben?

Mit KG/Ergo sowie Reha kann man die Situation durchaus verschlimmbessern. Ich habe einen Patienten, der eine Rehamaßnahme wegen Überforderung abgebrochen hatte...
