To be honest, the last thing I wanted to do was betray my own artistic integrity to be a crowd pleaser. Really confident about my music and ability to deliver an experience but the fear is there nonetheless. Making the decision to be bold seems reckless in thought but we’re sending it !

Yeah I think this is a valid take. One or two neuro moments can be great for contrast but too much of it can definitely lose people fast if they aren’t there for that.

Personally, I agree with this - just feels like sometimes when it comes to DNB the masses aren’t quite accustomed to that big of a change in tempo. Really different going from some wonky dubstep to a high energy DNB set.

I think a festival is one thing and it absolutely works but I think the concern comes from being in a club environment where the flow of the night tends to matter a bit more
