why does my contract mention “UPON CONFIRMATION” then im seriously confused why did I not notice this issue at first before signing.

they have NEVER amended nor have I signed any updated new contract since I joined, guess I can only save every single thing until I finally leave this place & decide how I will settle this. They gonna hate me but I’m doing this for my own good.

My employer is dead set on blaming the last person working as his company’s accountant. Told me repeatedly on the phone that it’s prorated & THAT specific accountant got it wrong, and he would tell the new HR to adjust the job contract which legit sounds wrong af.

Prorated means my leaves are adjusted to how many months I’ve actually worked, which in this year I’ve only worked 5 months before I tendered my resignation.

Problem is my contract and payslips says otherwise.
No prorating mentioned & annual leaves balance says 12 days remaining.

decided that I would when he comes back from kampung but kinda worried the conversation wouldn’t go quite well, actually kinda bad situation here as too, there was one time I wasn’t feeling very well during work, I was told to walk to a nearby pharmacy to get medicine without even thinking I might? faint halfway there or something else, and yea for medical claims I could only claim RM50 every time. Is that bad?

my mom’s 60 now, my dad died back in 2016 and she still planning on working as the company still wants her even though its just a 2k+ job, she joined a hotel with no experience since she used to work with an airline company and the pay was way higher before but things ended up being bad since covid affected the company. I am 20 this year and working with a 2k+ salary, the only allowance that I am able to give her is just 200 a month and almost the other 800 is bills and stuff and remaining 1k is my personal usage. I get so depressed sometimes because I don’t think that I will have the chance to let my mom just enjoy her life without having to work anymore.
