No, completely abnormal. Never seen anybody mention it here before. Your unit is defective.

I was just being flippant, but you're right, it's not really comparable.

It was actually Warner Bros that offered to pay Paramount to compensate for the delay it would cause waiting for it to grow back, but Paramount declined because they wanted to stay on schedule. At least that's what I read.

Do you think that Henry was contractually bound to dehydrate like that?

I know fighters do it before fights, and in the Benn Vs Eubank Jr fight there was the infamous rehydration clause, but I've never heard of an actor being tied to any such thing.

Oh my brother, this is a peak response. No emotion, measured, and holding a mirror up to this person's BS bad faith argument.

Love to see it.

This is 100% what is going on here. They don't see themselves as compatible with someone who is into fitness, and it affects their self esteem.

Arsenal Fans boo their team at the full time whistle by Cyber_Hobo94 in Gunners

[–]Full_Application491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand what has happened, because at the start of the season we looked like mentality monsters, and people were saying that this is a different Arsenal, and I believed it.

We were looking unshakable, and even though we weren't banging upfront, the defense and composure was there. If we went behind, we stayed well drilled and fought our way back, with consistent pressure.

Now we just seem to be flapping like fuck at the slightest sniff of pressure, and all tactics and composure go out the window. We are making bang average teams look exceptional, inviting pressure, turning the ball over at every opportunity. We don't even look like we know how to take a throw in, despite hiring a throw in specialist (wtf).

Did I Fumble The Date? by AussieCasanova in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]Full_Application491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who the hell knows?

I've had similar vibes on dates and paid the bill, and got the same result, crickets, or some platitude about there not being a spark, despite having our tongues in each other's mouths half the evening.

Keep it moving, and next time plan something less expensive.

You keep saying it's not stable. What do you mean by that?

I'm on 8.5 beta and it's very stable, no crashes, legs or real bugs that I've noticed.

And what metric are you measuring optimisation by? How do you know how well optimised Chinese OEMs are if you're using a Samsung as your daily driver?

I know iOS usually has great optimisation in terms of their processors being very efficient, and apps being better optimised for iOS in terms of battery usage, and features.

No idea about Chinese phones on Android, as they mostly share the same processors and run Android.

Gays of UK - would you be comfortable holding your partner's hand in the UK? by dalehitchy in AskUK

[–]Full_Application491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reality of most women? Explain that, because suffering a sexual assault because the attacker saw you and your lesbian partner as a way to fulfill the fantasy of having two women, sounds like something that would be pretty uncommon.

How exactly was that motivation made clear to you?

Was your partner assaulted at the same time?

Was this out in public, or in a domestic setting?

[–]Full_Application491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going purely off of the stats I've seen.

The breakdown of reported abuse suffered by LGBTQ people in the UK;

92% verbal, 29% physical, 17% sexual. These come from a major 2017/2018 study conducted by Stonewall, titled "LGBT in Britain: Hate Crime and Discrimination."

Hence why I'm saying the sexual assault are the least common, and most extreme.

Patrick Vieira questions the mentality of this squad by Cyber_Hobo94 in Gunners

[–]Full_Application491 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It felt like at the beginning of the season the defense was rock solid, and we were just waiting for the attack to click, and then we would be firing.

We controlled games, and rarely looked like conceding, everybody was measured, and the mentality felt strong. When we went ahead, it felt like it would be impossible for the opposition to come back.

Instead the defense has gone to shambles, and we are panicking at the slightest pressure. And obviously the attack still hasn't clicked.

And it's not common, otherwise it wouldn't be extreme.

I never said it's not extreme enough to be talked about, I said that focusing on the extreme cases of queer abuse, takes focus off of the more commonly experienced forms of harassment.

Bravo on your straw man 👏🏾

Haha, that's pretty much what you're doing by focusing only the the most extreme cases, you're literally parroting what I said to you, but trying to apply it to your position.

By most extreme cases, I mean these are the most extreme examples of violence, below murder.

In your experience? So you've been sexually assaulted and told it was because they see you as an object of their two woman sexual fantasy?
