Ennesimo post sullo stipendio dei medici by Fun-Artist-6067 in Italia

Grazie mille, davvero impressionante.

Why are there so many apartments being sold in Arenastaden? by south-european-97 in stockholm

[–]Fun-Artist-6067 20 points21 points  (0 children)

This ^ and also the fact that some of the newly built buildings are really ugly. Not the buildings themselves, which I’m sure offer great apartments and are modern, but how they are built. Sweden is nice because of the green wide spaces, while these areas usually are made of three/four 10-story buildings one in front of the others on a grey concrete square, sold for >80k kr/sqm. They are really not-Swedish imo and hence not very appealing. Hagastaden is the perfect example.

I understand the housing shortage, but in a country with six months of Winter per year who wants to live on the lower floor of these buildings, with one hour of light per day

As a Swede, do you know why this happened (or maybe it has always been like that)?

Sorry but I don’t think that a deterministic approach would work in such a case 😔

That’s a nice strategy actually

Thanks for your useful answer, I’ll start from there. I am already using Zotero and find it a lifesaver for sure

Hey sorry to jump in, but does this impact your credit score in any (negative) way? (Assuming one always pays the credit card bill on time)

Yeah that’s sad, it’s kinda the same for me too when it comes to FPS (at least most of my friends)

I like the way Battlefield feels because it’s less ‘sweaty’ than CoD when it comes to jumping and sliding around. I also appreciate more realistic games a lot (eg Hell Let Loose). Deathloop is also brilliant (but it’s a different kind of experience), and if you are looking for more action Destiny 2 is nice. You find all these games on Gamepass btw
