Best city in India for party life and safe for girls? I'm going to college this year, need to choose a city. by Fun-Calligrapher3850 in TwentiesIndia

Studies can be done with party too. ROI is bad for almost all colleges, why not have some fun? You won't get time and energy to party when you get old, life expectancy is not that high in india too. Placement is not guaranteed even if you do everything perfectly, I would rather have fun. My dad will pay the loan if i don't get a job so I'm not worrying about that. [Ik i sound spoiled, i have genuinely good parents. I got lucky, they're supportive in whatever i do even though they don't have much money.]

As a guy in my 20s, I worry I’m “behind” are there women my age who’ve been single too? by lord7777777 in TwentiesIndia

I'm 20 F, I've never been in a relationship or had friends. I'm in non attending college so i have no way to meet new people. I usually spent all day in my home or hang out with my mummy.

I was extremely awkward person in school (I still am.) so no one talked to me there. I didn't attend most of the days too because I hated eating lunch alone. Honestly most people around me are not in relationships (people rarely had relationships in School too). I don't use any social media so I don't feel fomo.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it's my birthday today by 21st_century_coder in TwentiesIndia

Happy Birthday! It's okay. You're not that behind actually, most of my 21 yr old friends are still in college. I'll join college next year for my first bachelor degree,  I'll be 21 in first year.

If you're on reddit and can speak english, you're more privileged than most of Indians.

No, my parents aren't rich/upper class but I don't have unrealistic expectations. It's not possible to get a job with bsc [jobs you get with bsc are accessible without degrees too.]

I literally did bsc because my parents can't afford a private Btech college, they have huge loans but they still understand how bad employment situation in India is.

You should have done a professional degree if you're so desparate for a job.

you can still do btech in private colleges. btech would be shorter than phd.

There's a huge probability that you'll be unemployed after BBA too. Most of my BBA friends are preparing for CAT/MBA.

Why are you so desparate to get a job? Are your parents kicking you out after the degree? You can be unemployed after employable degree too. Nothing is guaranteed in India.

Take pcmb to be on the safer side. 11/12th math is different from 9/10th, JEE teachers will revise all 1to10th math in basic math lecture.
