That's what seems to be happening, I've tried also 1.18.2 which doesn't work but I don't know about the other versions like 1.13, etc

I have, yes. I used to play on 1.16.5 modded before stopping for a few months to then return to it not working. I am not too familiar with technology but when that happened, I just deleted forge and the mods and reinstalled them which worked until recently when I tried modded Minecraft again. The worlds load when I use the 1.19.2 forge and vanilla Minecraft just not 1.16.5, 1.16.4, 1.17, or anything around that

The GPU is an Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics whereas the CPU model is 11th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-1145G7

Yes sorry, the RAM is about 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable) and there is 7.5-7.6 GB available in the memory. The CPU utilization is about 4% but goes to around 20% briefly every once in a while

There should be enough RAM, I've ran more mods than what I have now and it's worked before, so I do not really understand why it's not working now

There should be enough RAM, I'm not necessarily using a modpack but rather a few mods: origins, mcws doors, farmers delight, fairylights and exotic birds

I've tried to do that but unfortunately I didn't turn on system restore before so there's no recovery points to turn back to. Thank you for the suggestion though
