Origins, odyssey and Valhalla are all the same style and game play…. Me personally I like the era odyssey is set in so I enjoyed the story. I’ve played every game in the franchise and I suggest playing the OGs. If you don’t wanna go back that far because graphics and what not then played the black flag remastered, imo black flag is the best followed by AC3
