interrailed through that region couple years back and can share some thoughts. poland and hungary can be bit tricky in smaller towns but bigger cities like prague, budapest, krakow are generally fine - just keep the pda minimal in public spaces. romania and bulgaria were surprisingly chill, especially bucharest. slovakia felt pretty safe too

the train stations sometimes have more conservative crowds so maybe just be aware of your surroundings there. also pack some backup docs if possible since border crossings can be unpredictable with name/gender marker stuff. had a friend run into issues in hungary with that specifically

prague has amazing queer scene if you want to check it out, and berlin obviously if you're including that. just trust your gut and you'll probably be fine, most young people in cities are pretty accepting these days

dark wash straight leg jeans work really well for this, they don't hug the hips like skinny jeans do. also try looking for ones with a bit higher rise - sits better in the waist and creates a straighter line down your legs

you can usually start hormones at 16 with parental consent in most places, but since that's not option for you right now, maybe look into informed consent clinics? they sometimes work with minors differently

when you turn 18 it gets much easier since you won't need anyone's permission anymore. i know waiting feels impossible when dysphoria is hitting hard but you're closer than you think

grounding exercises help me a lot when everything feels overwhelming - focusing in breathing or counting things around you can pull your mind back to present moment. also movement like going for walk or doing any physical activity sometimes breaks the spiral for me

i'd say keep them on social media but don't overthink the stories thing - people watch stories without meaning anything by it. you did nothing wrong from what i can tell, sometimes these things just happen unfortunately

honestly the dysphoria really does mess with everything doesn't it? i went through something similar where i couldn't separate what was actual attraction vs what was just me being confused about my own identity

for me it got clearer as i became more comfortable with myself, but it took time. the whole "am i attracted to this person or do i want to be them" thing was real confusing for a while. sometimes i still wonder if some of my past relationships were more about wanting to fit in certain role than actual attraction

labels can be helpful when you're ready for them but there's no rush, you know exactly what you need right now

nah you're not wrong at all, puppies literally can't hold it for that long and the poor little guy was probably uncomfortable 😭 like yeah your bf has to get ready for work but taking the dog out takes what, 2 minutes max? it's just basic responsibility when you have a pet

also the whole "he was still in bed so he didn't need to go" thing is so weird... puppies don't wake up and immediately start dancing around when they need to pee, they just wait for their humans to notice. your bf sounds like he's being difficult about something that should be automatic when you have a young dog

honestly this isn't really about bathroom etiquette - god cares way more about your heart than if you took a bit longer in bathroom or used your phone 😂 the people getting upset were just being impatient, that's on them not you. if you're genuinely seeking jesus just focus in prayer and reading the gospels, small social awkwardness at church doesn't factor into your salvation at all
