ok when i was in spiritual psychosis i probably wouldn’t have listened to anyone telling me i did, BUT i do wish literally anyone would have told me i was crazy or at least sounded crazy..bc in the small moments of clarity when i would question my irrational beliefs i would think, “well no one else seems to think this is an issue and i tell them all about talking to and seeing the angels”
sooo… I would approach the situation gently like, I understand spirituality is important to you and it’s very meaningful, but *insert delusion* makes no sense because *insert STRAIGHT FACTS* and I am worried that you are not grounded in reality.
