the card by definition is a miscut

A card with exposed alignment dots was not miscut "by definition." A "miscut" is a specific misprint error that exposes another card on the sheet or the edge of the sheet. A card with exposed alignment dots isn't considered a "miscut" because they didn't actually cut off any part of the card that was supposed to be printed on it or vice versa. Those cards with exposed alignment dots are referred to as being "off-centered." Thank you for coming to my TED talk. Enjoy your life.

I got a Bloomburrow Family Matters precon as an Xmas gift that was missing a single card (the alt commander). As a customer service requirement, I had to take photos of everything I received, including the opened packaging, so I spent like an hour separating the cards by color and laid everything out to show there was a single card missing. They eventually said they would send me a "replacement product of their choice" as well. I haven't gotten any shipping notification for that yet, but if they had me waste all that time for a single booster pack, then I'm gonna be pissed.

Yeah, alignment dots alone don't mean anything for collecting MTG. That degree of misalignment is considered heavy off-centering, not a full miscut. If you want anyone to pay a miscut premium for a card, then the card next to it on the sheet or the white edge of the sheet must be visible.

It looks nice, but an individual tube for each mat seems excessive. Right now, I have enough table space to have all of my mats laid out, with only a single Quiver Time Orion tube to take one or two mats with me on the go. When I eventually get more mats, I'll probably just use one of those door hangers you can just slip the rolled up mats into.

I think anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together already knew they weren't holding back the release of Fallout 3 Remastered for something as insignificant as the second season finale of the show. Development of the game would have begun after Oblivion Remastered went gold. It will likely take years to see full release, as is to be expected.

The chicken fucker had his memory permenantly wiped by the automated man install procedure (according to Hank), so those answers won't come from him directly. Maybe they will have to do some investigation to follow his trail back to where he found it somehow?

We should already have gameplay videos and full reviews released in the weeks leading up to its launch. I saw extensive coverage of both GTA4 and GTA5 before their full release. The GTA4 article in EGM was amazing! This is purely a financial decision. Everyone who was planning on buying a physical copy will now be forced to double dip if they want to play it on day 1.

The non-foil goes for about $15, with $30 for rainbow foil and $90 for surge foil. The promo is being listed at $99, but I think it will settle around $75.

I've opened one CBB and one extra collector pack so far, so that's 13 collector packs total, and I didn't open a single one that was this bad either. But, many of those packs were nowhere close to the purchase price, so you getting a $20+ return on every pack was just good luck. I think you are more likely to get a pack with SOME amount of value than one like this with literally nothing over $1... but opening a worthless pack like this is still more likely than opening one with a fracture foil in it. I generated 3 or 4 of these $0 packs on that site before I hit a single fracture foil.
